Spicy Meatballs with Orange Glaze

1.) Mix all meatball ingredients, except the oil, in a medium bowl until just combined.

2.) Form mixture into small meatballs with a teaspoon.

3.) Fry meatballs in small amount of oil until cooked through.

4.) Cook meatballs in batches and reserve until all are done. Setaside.

5.) Add butter to wok, sautéginger and orange peel for about 1 minute. Stir in brown sugar and orange juice and boil until desired consistency.

6.) Toss meatballs in sauce to coat.

Tip for heating thw WOK:
Put the Fissler Pro Collection Wok on the stove at high heat. Water drop test: Splash a bit of water into the pan. It is ready when the water beads. If it just evaporates, it isn’t ready yet.
